Flex horizontal tile list -

I use a horizontal tile list to display an image gallery in the flake only one item in the horizon I am with The tile list is being shown at a time I have next and previous buttons on both sides.

The problem is that I want to display a particular item / image in that list when the user clicks on a thumb image below from another thumbimage tilelist.

I have used the someTilelist.selectedIndex property but it only chooses that particular index in the list, it does not show that special item / image I Show that list a special image, not just select . Please note that the horizon tile list only shows an image on time.
