html - Problem with character encoding of ' -

Why does this page

show one? In the sentence (at least on my Firefox)

separates the abstract of an object from its implementation

while I utf-8?

Because the site declares UTF-8 as its content type, but < / Code> is an ISO-8859-1 encoded character, switch your editor to UTF-8 and type it again (recommended method is the use of these institutions).
