What works fast, flex and PHP or Java and Flex? I have read that Flex and PHP with Ffp very fast (with AMFXT)

But I have noticed that 90% of large companies in Europe are recruiting Java / Flex developers to develop major webpolicies.

Our application needs to handle many users at the same time. Our application will be hosted in a datacenter, later it will be hosted by a major CDN provider. Our application contains shopping malls and videos of a community area (streaming and progressive streaming).
