java - only JLabel not showing up -

I am responding to a simple application that has a button that opens a new window, then a simple GUI / lesson A user displays to get from the input. But for some reason, I can get JLable to display on a new window. The application has the following structure:

+ Main frame - JFram
+ Newfork - Jeffreem
- + NewPanel - Zeppel
---- Title - Jellybell

- SubmitButton -button ... ...

Buttons and text fields display all ok, but Jlabels will not appear at all. I have tried to use different layouts and all but I still could not show it. JLabels inside the main frame tree, works fine. It seems that the problem is due to the new frame announcement or for some reason, but then the button should not be displayed either, I have lost and some suggestions to me What can I check?
