Progress without external dependencies is an easy way to bring the file using a HTTP url with AB10 10.1b? If so, what is the most beautiful way to do this?

This is my scenario: I will have two verification cells, which will be shown as a list, from which I will select. This is my condition that I want to remember and remember my list from a database.
