pdf - Virtualize WinForms ScrollableControl - Expensive Child Items -

I am creating a PDF viewer using the Atalasoft DotImage libraries. They have a PDF view component, but this does not support Acrobat style PDF continuous layout, I have to display pages one page at a time.
